Adverse or Unexpected Events
If an adverse of unexpected event occurs on an approved research protocol, the Principal Investigator is required to email the completed Adverse or Unexpected Event Report to Indiana Tech’s IRB at IRB@indianatech.edu within 48 hours of the event.
