Professional Experience

Dr. Long currently serves as Professor of Economics and Business at Indiana Tech and served as Associate Professor of Economics from 2013-2022.

He previously served as the Acting Director of the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program during fall 2021 and as the Interim Director of the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program between June-December 2018;  Chair of Graduate Studies within the College of Business from 2018-2021; faculty lead for the Department of Accounting, Financial Services, and Economics within the College of Business during spring 2018; and the Interim Dean of the College of Business between January-June 2017.
