Student Complaints

If you have a complaint over service, timeliness, or anything else, the first step is to let us know. Financial Aid and billing are complicated processes; questions are welcome as we’d be happy to see if we can serve you better.

If you do not feel that your concern has been properly addressed, you may also complete a Complaint Form. This information is reviewed by Indiana Tech personnel outside of our office in order to research and address your concern.
