Investigative Science Camp
Focusing on the health of our neighborhoods, the Investigative Science Camp is a week-long day camp where high school students use multiple disciplines and diverse approaches to address wellness where we live. Each participant will work in three career paths each day that focus on three content threads: Nutrition, Mental Health, and Healthy Communities. Each thread is led by Indiana Tech Faculty who are experts in the field and who bring hands-on projects to answer the overarching challenges of wellness. Participants will think and act like scientists, and they will be challenged to use their imaginations in new ways. Camp activities are built on scientific foundations that use best practices in research, including lab notebook documentation, data gathering and analyses, and technological assessment applications, as well as lab meetings.
