High School Engineering Camp

Hands-on Projects

This week-long, hands-on learning experience is designed to introduce high school students to engineering, computer science, biology and technology—in a fun and memorable way. Campers will learn from and work alongside knowledgeable and experienced professors who specialize in these areas:

  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Biology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Chemistry
  • Computer Science

Dates

Campers will arrive on Sunday, June 18, to move into the dorm. We will host a welcome event with both parents and campers on that Sunday. Camp will begin for the students on Monday, June 19, and end on Friday June 23, at which time students will move out of the dorm.

Registration

Fill out the registration form below to sign up your child for the summer camp. After you’ve submitted the form, you will receive an email for payment.

Registration is limited to 50 students.

Although we strive to assign campers to their preferred tracks of study, as indicated on their registration form, spots within each track are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Costs

The cost is $650 per student, which includes all project materials, breakfast, snacks, lunch and a t-shirt.

The STEAM Academy provides scholarships to reduce camp and program fees for families and individuals that request assistance and qualify.
