How do my financial aid and refunds work?

You will be charged for your class during the third week of the session. Financial aid is posted after that, in the fourth and fifth weeks of a session, as long as all documents have been received before the class begins. If you have a credit balance, you will receive a refund within 14 business days. Visit the Business Office website for more information.

How do I schedule my classes?

After your admissions representative has registered you for your first set of courses, you will initiate the registration process. You can call the WIN for assistance in registering or you can register yourself online at my.indianatech.edu.

How do I know how many classes I have left to complete my degree?

You can view all remaining courses for your degree on your degree audit at my.indianatech.edu. If you need assistance with reading your audit, you can contact us.

How do I check my student email?

Your email is hosted by Office 365. Visit https://outlook.com/indianatech.net to log in. For more information on student email, visit the IT Services website.
