Indiana Tech enrollments rise above 10,000 for first time
September 6, 2017Student enrollments have risen once again at Indiana Tech, with a total enrollment of 10,282 for 2017-18. This marks the first time Indiana Tech’s enrollments have topped 10,000 and is a 2.5 percent increase from 2016-17. Indiana Tech’s total enrollment includes students at the university’s main campus in Fort Wayne and its 14 regional campuses throughout Indiana, Kentucky and the Chicago and Detroit metro areas; as well as online students throughout the Midwest and U.S. Each area has experienced growth this year, with online and regional campus enrollments growing 2 percent.
“Our faculty and staff are committed to providing high-quality degree programs to all of our students,” said Dr. Karl Einolf, Indiana Tech president. “The continued growth in our enrollments shows that prospective students value that commitment, and see Indiana Tech as a place that can help them succeed. In the end, that is what our team is most proud of – providing personal attention to each student, and helping prepare them for successful careers and lives of significance and worth.”
