ICD-10 Training Session Offered at Indiana Tech
May 15, 2014Fort Wayne, Ind.—Indiana Tech will host an ICD-10 training session sponsored by the Indiana Health Information Management Association (IHIMA) on May 29 and 30.
ICD-10 is the newest revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. This training will be provided by professionals certified as trainers by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Each day of the training session will begin with registration from 8:30 to 9 a.m. in Andorfer Commons. Training will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the May 29 session focused on ICD-10-CM and the May 30 session focused on ICD-10-PCS. Participants may register for one or both days.
Six continuing education credits are available for AHIMA credentialed professionals.
