Celebrate the first
Pie in the Face Faceoff

Three Indiana Tech volunteers. Three familiar faces. One great cause.

During the Warrior Day of Giving celebration, Kyle Klinker, Scott Thum and Caleb Resinger, are putting the fate of their faces in your hands during the first Pie in the Face Faceoff. With each each dollar you spend, you can cast a vote to determine who’s gonna get “pied” for the week – Kyle, Scott or Caleb.  You can buy multiple votes and disperse them however you please!

The person with the most votes at the end of each competition week will have to face the music – or the pastry, in this case. The throwing of the pies will take place on April 13, 20 and 27. After each pie day, vote-counting will begin anew and these gentlemen’s faces will face another potential “pie-ing.”

Check out the facebook live stream here! The second victim will be “pied” at 11:45 a.m. est. on April 20th. Voting results will be reset and will begin again on April 21 for next week.

Kyle Klinker

Kyle is the recreation and community coordinator for Student Life. Most of his time is devoted to managing the fitness center, recreation center, eSports, intramurals, club sports, department revenues and assisting with other Student Life functions. He enjoys long walks on the beach and loves to ride unicorns in his spare time. In preparation for this first Pie in the Face Faceoff, Kyle offers everyone some words to contemplate, “My fellow Warriors, ask not what your pie can do for me, but what can your pie do for Scott & Caleb.”

Scott Thum

Scott has been involved with financial aid for more than 15 years, or just slightly under the average age of a college freshman. He spends his day reviewing compliance, working with students and aimlessly walking around campus looking for someone to talk to. Scott has been married for 11 years and has three little boys. He enjoys working, video games and naps at his age.

Caleb Resinger

Caleb is the project coordinator of the Warrior Information Network. He assists College of Professional Studies students and strives to provide great customer service while answering all of their questions. Caleb enjoys watching almost any sport and tries to play basketball. Each year, he compiles a group of other like-minded old men trying to relive their glory days. They form a team that attempts to win the Indiana Tech Intramural Flag Football Championship. They have yet to achieve this goal.
