Recreation management professionals typically spend their time working with sports, organizing and running athletic leagues for all ages. Many times it is these professionals that ignite a passion for sports and other activities in the people they work with.

The associate degree in recreation management is designed for activity specialists and programmers. Credits earned in the two-year program are fully applicable toward a bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy.

A degree in recreation management will prepare you to work in a variety of recreation settings. Some career opportunities that our students have available to them with an associate degree are:
